Day One is a community-based nonprofit organization dedicated to reducing alcohol- and other drug-related problems in Pasadena and Altadena. Programs offered for youth and parents (some available in Spanish) include Youth Month, Youth Advocate Program, Parenting Awareness Month, Prevention Institute, Leadership Development and Coordinating Council. To join the drug-free youth group or to volunteer, call Day One.
