Foster Care Project (FCP) provides community education, policy/advocacy and direct services for children and youth under state supervision and for young adults recently emancipated from foster care. FCP recruits volunteers for such activities as becoming a tutor/mentor; taking a foster child shopping for school; collecting food for foster family Thanksgiving baskets; and sending a birthday gift.
