The goal of Leadership All Saints is to equip individuals with leadership skills for life. Through training in the Cooperative Process, as well as training tailored to the needs of individuals and groups, Leadership All Saints assists leaders of ministry areas to guide small groups, committees and ministries successfully. Opportunities are provided to help leaders understand their gifts and talents, find their vision, set agendas, target resources, cope with problems and recruit others for the work.
