Eat, Pray, Laugh:  A Day of Personal Exploration

Stephenie recently demonstrated laughing as a healing exercise on the Deepak Chopra Show and she shared her expertise with over 60 women attending our retreat.

The retreat center itself and the revitalized Echo Park Lake across the street with its great egrets and signature fountain provided a beautiful, serene environment for the day's activities.

Special Thanks go out to the retreat committee who arranged a gracious, and beautiful day with delicious food for women from All Saints, and other congregations.  A Slideshow of this event can be viewed HERE
