The holidays are a time for festivity with friends and family, sharing gifts and laughter. But also for getting depressed. That's right. For many people, the holidays bring on feelings of grief, sadness and anxiety.

There are ways to cope with these feelings. Pastoral Care and Spiritual Growth offers morning and evening bereavement meetings, Lay Guidance Ministers and a Holiday Blues packet to help you get through the holidays.

During the holidays, request ahead and pick up this packet during the week at the front desk. On Sundays, packets will be available on the lawn at the Welcome Table.
