ADOPTION SUPPORT NETWORK
BAPTISMS Baptisms for children are celebrated at Sunday services five times a year. Families should be members of All Saints. Instruction is required for parents and godparents. Adults are baptized at the end of the Covenant I, including the Easter Vigil.
CHILD CARE We provide child care every Sunday from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. for children from birth to age four in Scott Hall. We are blessed to have a staff of dedicated professionals with kind hearts who care for our children. Please introduce yourself and your child, so we can get to know you. The names of the caregivers and Sunday School teachers in each room are listed on the parent page which will be given to you as you leave each week. The parent pages will also provide information about the weekly story and suggestions for faith formation in the home. All Saints provides professional child care while parents and caregivers attend worship, meetings and events on campus. On Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday evenings from September through May, child care is available for children from infancy through fifth grade by calling 626. 583.2781 at least 24 hours in advance. No reservations are needed for Sunday mornings.
The choir program provides an inclusive and spiritually nurturing community for children and youth from diverse backgrounds. The Minisingers (kindergarten and first grade), Mastersingers (second and third grade), Troubadours (fourth and fifth grade) and Trouvères (middle school and high school) offer a supportive and joyful environment where young people are inspired and challenged to experience the healing power of choral singing and artistic excellence as an expression of beauty, human emotion and as an act of worship to God. The choirs rehearse weekly (September through June), sing regularly in Sunday liturgy and offer special musical programs and concerts.
During the 9 & 11:15 a.m. services, after the Gospel reading, children in kindergarten through fifth grade are invited to the Learning Center for Children's Chapel. This is a time for them to have their own age-appropriate reflection on the Gospel readings, pray, sing with a professional musician, and then return to the church for the Eucharist.
EPILEPSY SUPPORT GROUP FOR PARENTS OF CHILDREN WITH EPILEPSY This group supports the parents of children with epilepsy in the San Gabriel Valley area. Our goal is to provide a forum in which parents can receive helpful information from guest speakers and other parents dealing with epilepsy-related issues. The group meets the third Saturday of each month from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. in Scott Hall.
FOSTER CARE PROJECT All Saints Church Foster Care Project provides community education, public policy/advocacy and direct services for children and youth who have been removed from the care of their parents and are under supervision of the state. The Project recruits and sustains volunteers who serve in public and private agencies or work on special projects designed to enhance the lives of foster, homeless, transitional and incarcerated children and youth. Opportunities include: volunteering with one of these agencies as a tutor or mentor; taking a foster child shopping for school clothes; collecting food and shopping for Thanksgiving baskets for foster families; becoming a member of the Birthday Club and sending a card and gift to a young person whose birthday would go uncelebrated; joining with local government officials and community agencies in changing ineffective social service systems. The Foster Care Project has representatives from eight ministries: Children, Youth and Families, COLORS, GALAS, Men's Council, Parish Council, Prison Ministry, Transformational Journeys and Women Council and from the community. The Steering Committee meets the third Sunday of each month at 12:45 p.m.
GOD, MY PARENTS AND ME
God, My Parents and Me supports the challenging work of parenting by offering spiritual fellowship and emotional nurturing to parents at All Saints Church and in the community at large. Meetings are held Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 12 noon in the Guild Room. Child care is provided.

MUSIC: CHILDREN'S AND YOUTH CHOIRS
SEEKERS This eight-month confirmation class is designed specifically for those in high school who are interested in learning about the Episcopal tradition, growing in faith, and discovering and sharing that journey of faith with others. The youth in this program have an opportunity to hear notable speakers share their stories as they create strong bonds with other Seekers through overnight retreats, projects, and discussions. The class is an exploration of what it means to be members of a faith community. Each Seeker in the class has a Faith Partner—an adult All Saints member—who will share that experience with them. Volunteers are needed to be Faith Partners.
SUNDAY SCHOOL: ELEMENTARY
During the 10:15 a.m. education hour, children in kindergarten through fifth grade encounter the Bible, our Episcopal traditions and our story as a people of God. The curriculum we use is Godly Play, a Montessori-based program of Christian formation and an interactive way for the children to learn Bible stories, our traditions, and how they fit into the larger story of God's people.

Inward journey. Outward service. Intergrowth.
The Youth Ministry at All Saints Church exists to serve youth by creating a safe, nurturing environment in which to explore issues of faith. By challenging youth to be in community with one another, and integrating social justice with spiritual formation, they are empowered to make the world a better place. Youth Ministry programs include:
The Journey
Sundays at 10:15 a.m. we get together, share a doughnut or two, and explore what it means to be a Christian. We focus on faith and doubt, the Bible, the Episcopal Church, current events, and the peace and justice issues facing our community. Volunteers are needed to help facilitate.
Wednesday Nights
The youth gather on Wednesday nights at 6:30 p.m. for dinner and then move into the program from 7-8:30 p.m. During this time, we have conversations about faith and issues affecting our lives, we get involved with our community by engaging in service projects, and we have fun hanging out with friends. Jr. and Sr. High typically meet in separate areas for discussions. Volunteers are needed to facilitate discussions and offer support to the youth.
Outreach
Throughout the year, the youth help with various outreach projects such as: Union Station, Bad Weather Shelter and 30-Hour Famine. Volunteers are needed as chaperones and to help with transportation needs.
